• Our 1 3/8” fittings have an inner diameter of 1 3/8”. Which works with 1 3/8” EMT pipe or chain link fence top rail that has an outer diameter of 1 5/16”. You can get this at most hardware or fencing stores
• Approx. 4 3/4” tall
• Approx. 4 1/4” base with 1/2” anchor holes
• Protects surfaces from pipe
• Holes can be used to secure to surface using tent nails, rebar, etc.
• Can also be used for umbrella stand or flag stand
